Besides our sourdough loafs and the popular paillasse product line, we offer various speciality breads and rolls – eg. durum, spelt, wholemeal, enriched with seeds, or flavoured with additional ingredients.

Viennoiserie: in our wide product portfolio you can find both international and local favourites, eg. the cocoa and cinnamon swirls, cottage cheese turnovers, walnut and poppy seed turnovers. On the international side, you’ll find a wide variety of croissants – regular and filled -, and and other sweet snacks with chocolate, vanilla, apricot, almond, apple and other popular fillings.
