Everybody likes pogacsa

“Pogacsa” (scones) is a highly popular traditional Hungarian bakery product. Most Hungarian housewives have a favorite pogacsa recipe to impress their guests with at any given time. Pogacsa has several varieties.

Whether it is made from puff pastry dough, kneaded or mixed dough, however, the essence of a pogacsa (crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside) is in its flavoring. While the most sought after pogacsas are the ones in traditional flavors, we would also like to cater for the requirements of our customers with special tastes.
